JSS Setup for development

Prerequisites

 
Node.js
The Sitecore server must have Node installed and node.exe on the PATH

Sitecore
The JSS server components require Sitecore 9.0 Update-1 or later.

Sitecore JSS License
JSS server-side functionality requires an JSS-enabled license file.

Installation

Install the JSS Server Components zip package using the Installation Wizard.
